Last night I made a beautiful asian honey salmon dish with zucchini and onion and brown rice . It was delicious! It was my first time ever broiling and I think I did a very decent job. I have never really cooked before but I really enjoy it. I think i am going to start cooking more rather them getting take out or microwave meals. Its relaxing and gives me time to myself.
Yesterday I ate:
Breakfast: whole wheat toast with jam and skim milk
Lunch: diet pepsi, a mushroom sandwich and steamed broccoli (from Granite City)
Dinner: asian honey salmon, zucchini with onion, and brown rice
Snack: yogurt with chocolate chips
