Hey!

Today's food was great! It started off kind of boring but ended pretty tasty.  Tonight was my first time cooking tofu! I have always had it at restaurants and loved it but never knew how to cook it.  That is until now, well kinda Im still learning.  I made it and it actually wasn't that bad and my friend gives it a thumbs up!  If you've never tried tofu you should give it a go.

What I ate today:
          Breakfast: watermelon and cottage cheese
          Lunch: pea radish and garbanzo bean salad
          Dinner: asian tofu salad

wow I just realized I didn't really eat that much but I might have a banana latter tonight, but anyways here are the pictures of my lunch and dinner.

Yesterday

Last night I made a beautiful asian honey salmon dish with zucchini and onion and brown rice .  It was delicious!  It was my first time ever broiling and I think I did a very decent job.  I have never really cooked before but I really enjoy it.  I think i am going to start cooking more rather them getting take out or microwave meals.  Its relaxing and gives me time to myself.

Yesterday I ate:  
          Breakfast: whole wheat toast with jam and skim milk
          Lunch: diet pepsi, a mushroom sandwich and steamed broccoli (from Granite City)
          Dinner: asian honey salmon, zucchini with onion, and brown rice
          Snack: yogurt with chocolate chips

Healthier me :)

Hi !

Im Louise and Im setting out to find a new healthier version of myself!  Im excited to explore new ways of cooking and new exercises to do. Each day Im going to post what I eat and how long I work out and the progress I am making.

My starting weight is 110lbs and I wish to be 100lbs !
